Is there any alternatives to concerta and ritalin?

Yes: These are frontline products that will handle 90% of most ADD patients issues when given in an appropriate dose and delivery system. There are multiple other meds that are occasionally used, some more than others & selection is often best done by a neurologist or psychiatrist with experience in difficult cases.
