Dehydration??: Dehydration is a culprit. Drinking alcohol does not keep the body hydrated and your body rebels against the lack of proper hydration. What you do while out drinking also makes a difference. Activities such as dancing may also have an impact on hydratioin. Using other substances, will also contribute to the work your body has to do to remove the alcohol from your system.
