As well as you can: Labels are cheep. You try to function as well as you can with the abilities you have. You may be able to gain assistance from the regional MHMR (mental health mental rehabilitation) centers that assist children and adults. No two people have identical levels of impairment or skillsets. Many are never diagnosed. This is not like appendicitis where the treatment is standard & results in a cure.
