My 5y old son burned side of his hand against braaier accidentely part of the burn is now a "bubble". we immediately treated it with burn shield for 2 days and now with bactropan since yesterday and today. what more can we do?

Patience: You have done the basics. Now you sit back and monitor the site at least 2X/d while looking for signs of increasing redness or drainage that would suggest a new germ invasion. Most of these take about two weeks to dry/heal primarily and 6 weeks to look pretty normal. I leave the bubbles alone and they shrink/ dry to the skin and later flake off.
