Implant ?'s: If the implant was "Nexplanon", which is a progestin, removal does not automatically start a regular cycle with ovulation. If you have not had a period yet after stopping, you will have to wait until you do to then test for ovulation on days 12-16 with a test kit from a drugstore. When the test is positive, conception can occur in the next few days. Your pregnancy test will then show positive!
