However, it's unlikely for someone to get pregnant just one week after Nexplanon implant is removed because it takes a little while for your body to start ovulating again. Still, if you're concerned, home pregnancy tests are inexpensive & available at pharmacies w/o prescription. If you don't want to get pregnant, make sure he wears a condom.
