Breast pain: nursing: An engorged breast with severe pain while nursing usually means blocked lactation ducts. Hot shower with gentle compression of the nipple area is necessary. See your OB provider for assistance and to make certain there is not mastitis.

Breast engorged?: I am assuming that you mean that your right breast is engorged and causing pain? If that is so, please note if there are red streaks on the breast skin surface and if so, see your MD ASAP because you may have mastitis.(breast infection) If not, then emptying that breast milk should reduce the engorgement.
