Patellar malalignmen: Patella malalignment is more common in females. PT may help strengthen quad muscle and taping the vastus lateralis may decrease its pull. bracing may provide symptoms relief but in studies did not add to the benefit of PT . Sometimes surgery is needed, but try ice/ PT/taping possible orthodics first. f/u /w orthopedics https://www.aafp.org/afp/2007/0115/p194.html
