A member asked:

Chronic pain, pms (pain made worse pms time) and raynauds, would you prescribe cymbalta or prozac?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Raynaud's syndrome: Cymbalta is generally helpful for nerve pain, which can be severe with Raynaud's syndrome or Raynaud's disease. Prozac is strictly for depression, but there are other short acting members of that drug family which are more easily effective and shorter duration of action.
