Pregnant ?: Starting a birth control pill in "mid-cycle" will not stop ovulation, so if ovulation did occur, it is possible for pregnancy. Get a serum HCG test in a week to be certain about pregnancy. Take your birth control pills regularly and within the same hour that you took the previous active pill.
