I was at the hospital yesterday and they gave me 3 different puffers 4 puffs each i feel like my cough is worse now. help please

Follow up with doc: There is littler we can offer on line. You need to schedule a regular visit with your doc and begin to plan out a way to further investigate and then manage your problem. This is done in person. Write out a list of your problems so you don't forget & bring any meds. Urgent care centers or ER's just get you stable & decide if you need inpatient care. If worse, go back, if stable, get a better plan.
