I think my 4week old has a cold. she is sneezing, slightly weezy, eyes are red &swollen and she had a bit of a cough yesterday. should i go to the hospital or is there anything i can do at home?

Fever?: .Please monitor for fever. If the temperature is 100.4 F or higher, please see the hospital. She may need additional testing. Nasal saline and cool air mist may relieve the symptoms.
