Supplements: The amount of absorption depends on the supplement. In general, something that is put under the tongue or applied to the skin will go directly into the blood stream and we absorb most of it. If swallowed,gastric juices can destroy part of the supplement. Enteric coating of supplements allow them to get further into the digestive process and we absorb more. Peace and good health.
