Urinary infection ?: I recommend getting your urine checked at your clinic. It is likely that you have an urinary tract infection or possibly worse, a kidney infection, since your flanks hurt. Other possibilities include sexually transmitted disease like gonorrhea or chlamydia and that can also be evaluated in an urine sample. Please, drink plenty of fluids and get in to see your medical care provider.
