Maybe: A scab is a response to inflammation and often occurs right after an injury to the skin - it may also be a sign of an infection to your tattoo. It should be checked if increased redness, drainage, pain - wash and cover with a dry dressing after drying.

Tattoo scar: Chances are your area will heal nicely, but it is not unusual for a scar or keloid to develop. Keep the area hydrated and protect from sunlight.
