Maybe: Runners may have diaphragm spasms, but those go away in a short time. If your symptoms are truly ongoing for 2 months, it is worth a look. Draw blood for infection, thyroid, or metabolic imbalance (CBC, CMP, TSH for starters). If those are clear, then treat for acid irritation; look with imaging for direct structural or other type of intrusion.
