Rib pain: Likely reflux , see if antacids/ Zantac (ranitidine) have an impact. May also be gas ( try simethicone), constipation( try milk of magnesia), costochondritis, possible gallstones though usually right sided ,or cardiac, though t less common in a 38 year old female. Follow up with doc
