A member asked:

Bacterial meningitis 2 yrs ago.still have regular episodes of headaches, body aches, low grade fevers.the illness triggered something- what can it be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Fevers: Once you recover from bacterial meningitis, recurrent fevers should not be an issue. If you have documented recurrent fevers, an infectious disease specialist should be consulted so that appropriate tests will be done to look for infection, autoimmune disorders or certain malignancies.
