How does vaping affect your lungs and cardio?

Bad: Same as smoking. It is bad for you. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Vaping: E- cigarettes may cause cough, irritation of throat/ mouth, nausea or headache. REF: https://www.bmj.com/content/360/bmj.j5543. As of 11 SEP 2019 The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported 6 deaths & > 450 possible cases of severe lung injury in 33 states & 1 jurisdiction related to vaping. The mechanism of injury is poorly understood at this time. Don't recommend vaping.
