Data missing: Studies in the US have shown that most such products have little or no effect in kids under 6. Since you didn't provide the age it is hard to respond specifically. As a general rule you would not give a product containing another antihistamine so soon after the dose of Benadryl. The medicine should list its contents on the bottle..
