Just diagnosed with fluid in middle ear (both ears), have had fullness in ears feeling and lightheadedness/wooziness since june 2017. also have had chronic post nasal drip and chronic rhinitis about the same amount of time why the woozy feeling?

Woozy: Negative pressure in ears is causing peripheral vestibular symptoms. Need to see ENT for endoscopy, possible antibiotics, possible PE tubes, possible ET procedures. No smoking, flights, alcohol until symptoms improve. Control allergies with medication if present.
