Hello i had a 4th gen hiv test it came back postive march 19 then had a wb test it was in determinate then i had 4th gen rapid test done 2 weeks later it was negative and pcr test was negative am i ok or do i need more test ?

6 months post-: expsoure. Get a HIV nucleic acid test at 6 months after the potential exposure to HIV. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
