I have high platelets and elevated eosinophils. no asthma. no allergies. extreme fatigue. numbness/tingling in hands/arms. could this be cancer?

Not 1st thought: Platelets are often down in CA. Eosinophil elevation is often a sign of a parasitic/worm infection. Numbness might be hyperventilation from anxiety over these confusing findings. I would have a thorough evaluation to sort this out.
