Anal: Warts require treatment. A colon- rectal surgeon generally treat the condition even if the HPV strain is low risk for cancer

Incomplete post: No clear question came through. HPV associated warts are not associated with cancer. It is good that you did not acquire some non-wart cancer strains. If your warts persist they can be destroyed by laser, freezing or chemical ablation. Once the primary infection clears there is a small risk they can re-appear.
