Lump: Size, exact location, duration? Any bleeding, pain, or as in your case, swelling, deserves immediate evaluation. Most "lumps" are benign, some are not. It requires physical examination and possibly additional testing or imaging to properly diagnose. Only then can appropriate treatment b e recommended.
