Lymphadenopathy : In general, it is true that lymph nodes less than 1.5 cm are not clinically concerning. Imaging such as ultrasound or CT scan can sometimes elucidate atypical changes. It also is important that the history and clinical context for each individual patient can change the approach and concern about enlarged lymph nodes.
