Nope: Trichomonas is not carried in the oral cavity, therefore cannot be caught from oral sex or contact with saliva. It is only possible by intercourse. However, newly diagnosed trich doesn't necessarily mean a recent new exposure (for example, if you're wondering how you caught it). Trich can be carried in the vagina for many years (and not detected on routine testing) and then flare up with symptoms.
