How long does a back injury take to heal and stop hurting from a fall? i fell a week ago and it still hurts. went to er and they said it will pass.

Depends: It all depends on what has been injured and how badly you were injured. In general, it would take a few weeks but if you have torn something, that may take much longer if at all. If you pain fails to improve signficantly after 2 weeks, consult your doctor again.
