You have headache: that is worse with change in position. This may be caused by increased pressure to your skull, a phenomenon seen in pseudotumor, central venous sinus thrombosis, idiopathic intracranial hypertension, and of course, brain tumors. As you can tell from their names, none of these conditions should be taken lightly. You need to go to a Neurologist or ED for diagnostic imaging and diagnosis.
