Skin tag: Most skin tags are normal or benign( not cancerous) but you need to have someone look at it and make sure. Most skin tags are just extra pieces of skin but they are fed with blood vessels so when their blood supply is cut off they will turn black and drop off. Please see your doctor to be sure.
