Painful left testicle in last 12 months pain felt in stomach and groin area. Abx not working sti and uti clear. Uro says just inflammation? Worried

Pain: Unusual to have continued pain for as long as you have had it Have they done an ultrasound of the area. A lot of things can cause the symptoms that you are having but as they have not responded to abx I definitely would push for a further evaluation with blood work and also radiological interventions.
