Will alcohol affect me worse than if i had two functioning kidneys?

Alcohol and kidneys: The kidneys are not involved in the metabolism of alcohol, the liver is. The kidneys excrete fluid. People who are kidney donors have one kidney and have normal renal function, so two kidneys will not change the handling of any alcohol you ingest.

Alcohol and kidneys : Alcohol may adversely effect every organ system in the body, except the kidneys. If I had only one kidney, I would do everything I could to not put my kidney at risk, as I would want to avoid dialysis. Drinking alcohol to intoxication is not necessarily a good thing at all. Everything in moderation is the way to go for sure.
