Probably UTI: She probably has a urinary tract infection (UTI). These are common in middle aged women. These are usually not emergencies but do require treatment. If she has a personal gynecologist she should see that physician. Otherwise see an acute care clinic for diagnosis and treatment. Doubtful that she needs an emergency room visit at this point.
