See HIV provider: This is too complex for adequate or safe advice on a forum like this. Presumably you have an infectious diseases specialist or other provider experienced in HIV/AIDS, and are taking antiretroviral therapy (ART, i.e. anti-HIV drugs). Discuss w/ your doctor. If not in such care, get into care immediately. If these symptoms are new or severe, maybe quite serious, even life threatening. Good luck!
