Hi, diagnosed aids 4 years ago. the past year, ive experiencing periodic blackouts, extended periods of fatigue and constant brain fog. be worried?

Presumably you have an infectious diseases specialist or other provider experienced in HIV/AIDS, and are taking antiretroviral therapy (ART, i.e. anti-HIV drugs). Discuss w/ your doctor. If not in such care, get into care immediately. If these symptoms are new or severe, maybe quite serious, even life threatening. Good luck!
