Weak, fatigued: The flu vaccine should be good for 1 year though as time goes on effectiveness wanes. Moreover this year the vaccine is not all that effective . May also be UTI in older individuals may not have symptoms. So would recommend f/u w/ doc urgent care to check for flu and for UTI , as well as subclinical sinusitis/ strep. f/u/ w/ doc
