Nausea : Nausea after you eat with dizziness and headache lasting for three months is very concerning. I advise that you see your physician for blood testing and a complete examination. If you are a woman, please be sure there is no way you are pregnant. You need a complete evaluation to be sure you don't have high blood glucose, gallstones, or other serious problems. You may even need a colonoscopy for the diarrhea. If you develop pain, fever, or worsening symptoms then you must be seen immediately.
