I have just had a change on my icd/pacemaker due to battery wear. i am in persisten a-fib/flutter with an af burden at 80, based on device interrogati?

A fib/flutter: A cardiologist skilled in dysrhythmias should be involved in your care. Anticoagulant therapy is important to protect against emboli from clots in the atria.A resting ventricular heart rate of 80 is too rapid and rate control with beta blocker, diltiazem or digoxin may be used. Electric cardioversion is tricky with your ICD/pacemaker in place and your cardiologist is best to advise and treat you.
