Hi. is lymphadenopathy in ars generalized or it can be localized (e.g. right submandibular gland)? is it possible non itchy ars rash at 7wks post?

Generalized: ARS lymphadenopathy is generalized, never localized to one area such as the submandibular area. And 7 weeks is much too long for an ARS rash, which always occurs (along with other symptoms, including lymphadenopathy) within a couple of weeks of infection.
