My general: feeling is that you should communicate EVERYTHING you are "concerned" about with your PCP!! Don't "assume" that because something is in your records it will be "noticed"!! In the meantime the anomaly you have is "statistically" associated but YOU ARE NOT A STATISTIC so NOT TO WORRY! Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
