If i am in hospital i get lasix iv and they will get upto 15 l fluid off. when i get send home they give me lasix tabs but 3 days later all swollen?

Lasix: Your Lasix dose will need to be adjusted upward. Depending on how much fluid you are retaining you may need I.v. Lasix at home or you may have to return to the hospital again to receive your I.v.lasix
