I had transvaginal ultrasound with a full bladder and the probe hit my bladder and urine leaked inside me. is it bad that urine leaked like that?

Not a concern: When the ultrasound pressed on the bladder it may have just briefly applied increased pressure triggering leaking out of the urethra. This happens to some women during intercourse as well. If you often suffer from urinary incontinence then consider an evaluation.
