Could i possibly have polychondritis? thanks in advance.i have had ear inflation in the same ear 3 x from july to current. many joints ache as well.

Rheumatologist: Polychondritis is a very rare condition involving cartilage in various structures of the body. I doubt you have this. The Otolaryngologist should explain why your ear has had a few infections. If you have continual aching of your joints, I recommend a consultation with a rheumatologist for diagnosis and treatment. Appropriate tests will be ordered.
