10yr old son, complaining of left side pain under bottom ribs. fell on trampoline 5 days ago. pain worse when he jumps or bends & is not going away.

Hard to say: This is hard to interpret without an exam and review of the injury. The spleen is an organ tucked under the ribs in that location & could have been bruised & the ribs could also. If it has not improved in 5 days it is worth having him examined.
