I have: investigated the known adverse interactions for DEPAKOTE and the warnings for Tylenol cold medication and I find no direct "connections"..This has to be considered an adverse interaction since each individual may have a UNIQUE reaction to a mixture of medications...In any event u should start to feel better after a few hours...lie down..get up SLOWLY if you have to get u DRINK LOTS OF FLUIDS.. Z
