You may be dehydrated from all the diarrhea. If you can only sip small amounts, you may need to go to urgent care and get some IV fluids. This would likely allow you to feel better faster. It would likely help with the dizziness and weakness. Good luck!

Appears that you probably had viral gastroenteritis. In addition to adequate hydration, electrolyte replacement (with help of lucozade) , consider taking imodium 2 tablets after each diarrheal movements , maximum 8 tablets per day. Once the vomiting and diarrhea come down, slowly progress the diet. Take vegetable broth, chicken broth ,beef broth etc to begin with ,then soft diet bef. regular diet
