What neurological disease can cause forceful/fast hearbeat, weakness, fasciculations, memory issues, weight loss, off balance/dizziness and restlessness? i'm sure many but would like a general idea.

May be Hyperthyroid: Hyperthyroidism is a possible cause of many of the symptoms you describe. I suggest you get a blood test of your TSH, and free and total T3 (liothyronine) and T4. Also, check your body temperature (may be elevated).
