Guesswork: Hi,Your symptoms can be one of many diagnoses,so giving you a list would just make you worry a lot. It would be nothing but guessing for anyone to tell you online what is wrong.Best to go to your doctor who will either do some testing and treat you or refer you to the appropriate specialist.Do that soon dear.
