Embolizing vein from: left testicle is least invasive treatment for varicocele, no surgical wound & low risk; performed via catheter from femoral vein to left renal vein with embolization coils placed into distal & mid left testicular vein: https://www.google.com/search?q=varicocele+embolization May increase fertility but no guarantee; only one of multiple issues & not all are known/have effective treatments.
