Need more info: It may be a normal phenomenon in that small amount of milk may come out occasionally. If you it is causing concern, you should see a doctor for an evaluation, especially testing for pituitary hormones. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

You need Med-checkup: If you have this problem(we call it Galactorhea) for more than once or twice, you need to see a doctor who can check your Prolactin level. This is a hormone that controls lactation. When produced in excess, it can cause this problem. You may also need to see a Hormone specilalist for final diagnosis and treatment.
