Why in my preganancies i get always lumps and.in.my left breast? the radiologyst saw me and said that they are just fluid maybe milk & they don't hurt.

I don't know "why": However, if you develop lump(s) in your breast during pregnancy, then and ultrasound of the breast may prove helpful.
